Lima teen accused of shooting school bus with BB gun in court

The Lima teenager that was arrested for shooting a Lima City School bus with a BB gun was at the Allen County Juvenile Court for an initial hearing.

The 14-year-old was court ordered to remain in detention until his next court appearance. Prosecutors said during the arrest of the teen, police found live ammunition on him. The Lima City School bus the teen shot at was carrying students to West Middle School. Lima Police say there were four holes in a window on the right side of the bus and another hole in a window of the left side of the bus.

The teen could be facing misdemeanor charges of delinquency by assault and delinquency by pointing or discharging a firearm or other weapons.
