The Lima Community Improvement Corporation is a division within the city that works to improve the housing in Lima. They will be having an open house to hear from you about what you are looking for in housing and share what plans they have for bringing safe, affordable housing to the community.

Marcie Barlow, Executive Director of the LCIC, says, “We are actually looking to rehab homes throughout the city of Lima as well as build new homes on some of the land bank parcels within the city limits. It has been very busy. There are a lot of promising opportunities for the people in the city of Lima, and I’m looking forward to what's going to be going on or what gets announced over the next several months.”

The open house is Monday, August 5th, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Cambridge Center.
