Buy, sell or even swap, you can do it all on the Allen county fairgrounds this weekend.
This is the 11th year the fairground has been taken over by Max’s Trader Days and Water Dog Races. The trader days are the second largest event held at the fairgrounds, with the Allen county Fair being the first. 30,000 people will be coming out to the fairgrounds through September 1st. to see everything and anything that can be packed into the fairgrounds.
“We have grown just about as big as we can real estate wise, because the fairgrounds isn’t any bigger,” says founder Max McClure. “We fill every inch of it, vending wise and camping wise. I got a good crew behind me; we make a nice friendly family adventure that they can come out here and shop, buy, trade and sell. “
Plus, they will find out who is top dog at the water dog races Saturday night. The event end Sunday, cost is 10 dollars to get into the trader days.
