The woman accused of murdering her 22-month-old daughter was arraigned in Allen County Common Pleas Court today.
36-year-old Vicky Shellabarger entered a plea of not guilty to all of her charges. She faces one count of murder, involuntary manslaughter, a third-degree felony of endangering children and a second-degree felony of endangering children. If convicted, the murder charge alone carries a maximum penalty of 15 years to life in prison.
Shellabarger's daughter, Madilynn, was found not breathing at a Delphos residence and later pronounced dead at the hospital. Shellabarger is being held on a $1 million bond.
