 An old building in Delphos that once housed a furniture store is getting new life as apartments.
Renovations to the building are currently underway with some of the apartments already finished.
Developers held an open house Saturday to show off what's been done so far.
Edgewater Lofts were the result of another project across the street where one of the partners converted that building into apartments.
