Putnam County Republican Headquarters Open for Campaign Season

The Putnam County Republican Headquarters opened its doors officially to the public Saturday morning (October 8, 2016).

Several candidates were present for the opening, greeting people and answering questions.  The Republican Headquarters will be open for the public to get information or yard signs for presidential candidate Donald Trump, and other national and local candidates.  Providing candidate information for the public is very important to the Putnam County Republican Party.

"It's very important that people get all of the information that's out there about candidates," said Keith Schierloh, who is running for Putnam County Pleas Judge this November.  "It's difficult for individuals to see a 30-second clip or one minute interview to get all of the information that could exist for years on a candidate, so it's very important that they find out what their backgrounds are and what their history has been."

The campaign headquarters will be open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
