West Central Ohio realtors gathered Wednesday morning for a class all about breaking the barriers of home-ownership.
The class at the Cambridge Center in Lima was hosted by the West Central Realtors Association and discussed equal housing opportunities as well as dove into numerous case studies.
The goal of the event was to help local realtors remove the numerous hurdles in place for people to become homeowners.
For realtors though, the list of benefits of being a homeowner is a long one. Thanks to the great turnout and feedback to the educative sessions, the association plans on holding this infrequent event more often in the future.
