A Celina Catholic school teacher was arrested on Monday, following allegations of an inappropriate sexual relationship with a minor.

Celina police say 47-year-old Heather Henry faces three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Henry is a teacher at Immaculate Conception School in Celina, but the 15-year-old victim is not a Celina resident. The alleged incidents happened during Christmas break. Henry is free on bond and due back in court for arraignment on Friday.

On Friday, January 11th, the Celina Police Department received a report of an inappropriate sexual relationship involving a 47-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy. The woman, Heather Henry of Celina, is a teacher at Immaculate Conception School in Celina. The 15-year-old boy is not a Celina resident.

The alleged relationship occurred and continued over the Christmas break. Monday, January 14, 2019, three counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Felony of the Third Degree were filed in Celina Municipal Court.

At 5:16 PM, Monday, Celina officers went to Heather Henry’s residence at 912 Elm St, Celina and arrested her. She was held at the Mercer County Jail on $100,000 bond, subject to 10%. Her bond was posted at about 7:00 PM. Her arraignment date is to be set by Celina Municipal Court.
