A group of Lima City School students taking their talents on the road on Thursday.
The Heritage Ukulele Band performed at several downtown businesses and agencies that have supported their efforts. They even got to be radio stars as they taped a couple of songs at Woof Boom Radio. While tight quarters, the students had fun performing in the studio.
Crystal Miller is Heritage’s music teacher and adds, “Today is all about just saying thank you to the community for the support that they give the Lima City Schools and the arts programs and everything that they do. We just want to go out and let them know how much they’re appreciated.”
