Two people were injured in an accident in Auglaize county this evening.
According to a trooper from the Marysville post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the driver of a Dodge pickup truck was westbound on U.S.33 just east of Santa Fe Line road, when he slowed down for a vehicle in front of him but crossed into the eastbound lane and struck a Chevy pickup truck head-on.
The driver of the Dodge pickup truck was not hurt but the driver and a passenger in the Chevy pickup truck were transported to St. Rita’s Medical Center by air ambulance.
The accident remains under investigation.
