KALIDA, OH (WLIO) - *UPDATED* From the Village of Kalida Police Department: The water boil for the village of Kalida has now been lifted and cancelled. Normal consumption and use can resume.
8/4/22 Your News Now at Five: The village of Kalida remains under a Boil Water Order until further notice.
Village of Kalida Police Chief Jim Gulker says that residents on the Kalida water system are advised to boil water for drinking or cooking before consumption. He says it is unknown when the boil water advisory will be lifted. Using water for laundry and bathing is permitted at this time.
