VAN WERT, OH (WLIO) - A Van Wert Grand Jury has charged 48-year-old Larry Andrus Jr. from Van Wert with murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, strangulation, and felonious assault. On September 30th, Van Wert police officers were called to Ohio Health to investigate the suspicious death of 59-year-old Roy Watts. Watts was taken to the hospital after an incident at his home. The autopsy ruled Watts's death a homicide. The Van Wert police believe that Andrus is in hiding.
