The City of Wapakoneta is already in the holiday spirit. They are kicking things off downtown with tradition, and a little magic from the North Pole. Wapakoneta's Downtown Holiday Lighting has been going on for many years. Started by a collaboration of downtown shop owners, the community gathers together and turns on the magic switch provided by the North Pole. Saturday, downtown Wapakoneta businesses are offering a hometown shopping experience, hosting "Home for the Holidays" open house.
