An active warrant is out for a Lima man who failed to make his court appearance.
Daquan Burse was scheduled for a pre-trial on Thursday in Allen County Common Pleas Court. However, according to court officials, the defendant did not show up.
Burse is facing a charge of possession of fentanyl-related substance charge. He is also facing charges in two other cases. One of those cases involves trafficking heroin and the other for 2019 shooting at a house.
