FINDLAY, OH (WLIO) - A Findlay woman has been arrested after a search warrant was made at her residence.

The Hancock County Metrich Drug Task Force and the Findlay Police Department conducted a narcotic search warrant at an apartment on East Foulke Avenue. There the officers discovered suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, items related to drug trafficking, and cash, all of these items were seized. As a result of the search, 40-year-old Jessica Shepherd was arrested and is currently being held at the Hancock County Justice Center. She is being charged with possession of methamphetamine and more charges of drug trafficking are expected to be added on as the investigation continues.

November 29, 2023 Press Release from the Findlay Police Department and the Hancock METRICH Drug Task Force: On 11/29/2023 at approx. 1102 hrs. the Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force along with Officers and Detectives from the Findlay Police Department, executed a narcotic search warrant at 231 E. Foulke Ave., Apt. 3, Findlay, Ohio.

The search of the residence yielded suspected methamphetamine and several items of drug paraphernalia. Other items indicative of drug trafficking and cash were also seized.

As a result of the search the following person was arrested and incarcerated at the Hancock County Justice Center:

Jessica M. Shepherd (age 40)

231 E. Foulke Ave., Apt. 3

Findlay, Ohio

Charge: Possession of Methamphetamine – Felony 2

Additional charges of drug trafficking are expected at the conclusion of this investigation.
