Registration is open for the first annual 4K at 4-H Camp Palmer on Saturday, November 4, 2023. The organization Friends of Camp Palmer is hosting the race to raise funds for enhancement projects so campers can continue to grow, learn, play, and enjoy camp for generations to come. Participants are also welcome to enjoy refreshments and activities around camp after the race. Friends of Camp Palmer is a 501(c)(3) organization made up of families, former campers, counselors, and staff members who value 4-H Camp Palmer’s mission to empower and educate Northwest Ohio youth.

However you move, you can join the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) for the annual Run for the Trees: Happy Little (Virtual) 5K! This one-of-a-kind event, inspired by iconic artist Bob Ross, invites participants to “make some happy little trees” by supporting tree planting and forest conservation efforts at Ohio state parks.
