At American Legion Post 96, which serves Lima precincts 4-B, 6-A and 6-B — with more than 2,500 registered voters combined — only 30 ballots had been cast by noon.
“Everyone will have at least two issues on their ballot,” said Morgan Bode, director of the Allen County Board of Elections. “After that, it depends what district you live in, whether you'll have anything else. There is a countywide issue, and there’s also State Issue 2.”

The We Are Ohio group and Union Strong held a community meeting today to talk about Issue One and its importance regarding fair voting districts. Several speakers voiced their opinions, including the president of the Ohio State Association of Letter Carriers, Jeff Kranz, who spoke about the importance of absentee and mail-in ballots.
