At American Legion Post 96, which serves Lima precincts 4-B, 6-A and 6-B — with more than 2,500 registered voters combined — only 30 ballots had been cast by noon.
“Everyone will have at least two issues on their ballot,” said Morgan Bode, director of the Allen County Board of Elections. “After that, it depends what district you live in, whether you'll have anything else. There is a countywide issue, and there’s also State Issue 2.”
With just two weeks remaining until the May 6 primary election, poll workers across the state are preparing for the day.

A divided Ohio Supreme Court has issued an extraordinary fourth rebuke of the state's Republican-controlled mapmaking panel for unconstitutionally gerrymandering Statehouse maps to benefit their party.
