Columbus Grove wins against Fort Jennings to clinch outright PCL title

FORT JENNINGS (WLIO) — Columbus Grove secured the outright Putnam County League title with a 61-21 win over Fort Jennings.
Nicole Nesby led the Bulldogs with a game-high 19 points, while Brynn Calvelage and Saige Benroth added key plays on both ends as Grove pulled away. Fort Jennings honored injured senior Tenley Sarka before the game, and the Musketeers showed early fight behind defensive efforts from Addison Sarka and Reese Hellman.
With the victory, Columbus Grove claims its 10th PCL championship in program history.
