LIMA — Crestview pulled away early and rolled to a 62-11 win over Lima Central Catholic in a nonconference game at the Lima Central Catholic gym.
The Thunderbirds opened the scoring when Corie Schnieders drove and finished off the glass, but Crestview answered with a long-range make from senior Peyton Hoffman. Hoffman later set up Lydia Grace for another three, and Crestview rode a 20-0 run in the first quarter to build a commanding lead.
Kaci Gregory added another long-range basket as the Knights dominated from the perimeter. LCC found some offense in the second quarter, with Tatum Marks converting in the post, but Crestview’s pressure and perimeter shooting carried them to the lopsided victory.
