Lima Municipal Building elevator to be out of service for six weeks

The elevator at Lima's Municipal Building will be out of service beginning Thursday, Aug. 27, as part of a replacement project expected to last six weeks. The elevator work will also lead to changes in locations for Lima City Council meetings and the mayor's weekly briefings.
