FINDLAY — The Findlay Oilers are off to a perfect 3-0 start, and their early success has landed them in the national spotlight.
Findlay entered the American Football Coaches Association Division II poll this week at No. 25, marking the program’s first appearance in the rankings since November of last year. It’s also just the 16th time in 122 seasons of Oilers football that the program has opened with three straight wins.
The Oilers are the only team from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference to make the poll.
Up next, Findlay will host Thomas More on Saturday night at Donnell Stadium in its first home night game since 2021.
