ARCADIA — Top-ranked Leipsic kept its perfect season alive, earning a road sweep over Arcadia to move to 10-0 on the year.
Arcadia struck first, with sophomore Ivy Smith serving up an ace to put the Redskins on the board. Senior Addy Colman followed with another ace as the home team jumped out to a 4-1 lead.
But Leipsic quickly turned the momentum. Danaysia Danzy led the charge with a game-high 21 kills, including a powerful finish down the line that swung control back to the Vikings. Kya Brandt added to the attack with a hard-driven kill of her own, helping extend the lead.
The Vikings rolled the rest of the way, completing the sweep with set wins of 25-13, 25-17, and 25-13.
