Lima Area City Open crowns doubles champions at UNOH Tennis Complex

**LIMA, Ohio (WLIO)** — The Lima Area Tennis Association hosted its annual Lima Area City Open over the weekend at the UNOH Tennis Complex, featuring competition in mixed doubles and men's doubles divisions.
In the mixed doubles championship match, Ester Bolon and Jaden Neuman defeated Ruby Bolon and Landon Neuman in straight sets, 6-3, 7-6, to claim the tournament title.
David Moenter and Hanna Cox earned the mixed doubles consolation championship.
In the men's doubles final, Jerome Moenter and Chris England captured the title with a 6-0, 6-3 victory over Jaden Neuman and Landon Neuman.
Mitchell Chavez and Brandon Amstutz won the men's doubles consolation bracket, while Phil White and Zach White finished as the consolation runners-up.
The two-day event brought local tennis players together for another year of competition as the Lima Area Tennis Association crowned its 2026 doubles champions.
