BATH — Ottawa-Glandorf showed why it’s one of the top teams in Division V, rolling past Bath in a straight-set sweep Tuesday night, 25-9, 25-8, 25-15, in Western Buckeye League play.
The 11th-ranked Titans took control early as Madison McKee powered home a kill to give O-G set point in the opener. McKee then teamed with Sienna Fry to form a wall at the net, closing out a 25-9 first set.
In the second set, Addy Bellman’s serving proved to be the difference as she delivered several aces to spark a quick 5-0 run. Bath battled back with Aaliyah Young providing a highlight spike, but Ottawa-Glandorf’s Grace Kahle answered with a strong block to keep the Titans ahead.
The Titans wrapped up the sweep with a 25-15 win in the third set, improving their record while keeping momentum in league play. Bath, meanwhile, continues to search for consistency in conference action.
