LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Lima Symphony Orchestra is set to kick off its 2023-2024 season this Saturday.
Grammy-winning violinist Charles Yang will be performing with the symphony on Saturday evening. The season has something for everyone from the golden era Hollywood to Sinatra to movie soundtracks. The Lima Symphony Orchestra is an entity that needs to be seen in person.
"All of our musicians are auditioned, they are professional musicians. They play at an incredible level and put that all together to a 70-piece orchestra on the stage you have to experience this. It's acoustic music the level of virtuosity is amazing and this all happening right here in Lima. It's one of the things this city I think even better to live in. So if you've never been please check it out. There's so many incredible things happening on our concert hall stage," commented Maestro Andrew Crust, Lima Symphony Orchestra.
