A Findlay man was arrested after allegedly shooting another man in the face Friday night

Officers were called to the Old Stoney Ledge at 752 Howard St. around seven o’clock Friday night for reports of a man with a gun. 

FINDLAY, OHIO (WLIO) - A Findlay man was arrested following a shooting outside of a bar Friday night. Marcuss Martinez, 39, has been charged with felony assault, tampering with evidence, obstructing official business, and having weapons while under disability. According to the Findlay Police, officers were called to the Old Stoney Ledge at 752 Howard St. around seven o’clock Friday night for reports of a man with a gun. While on route, a male victim was shot in the face, and the alleged suspect, identified as Martinez, fled from the scene. Police caught up with him in the area of College St. and Fox St. Martinez ran, and the police arrested him in the 600 block of College St. The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by a personal car, then flown to the OSU medical hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown. Martinez is currently in the Hancock County Jail.
