An Allen County Transportation Improvement District meeting finalized plans for roadway projects in Allen County.
The Allen County Engineer and the improvement district office have received funding this year on a variety of projects in the area, such as the Buckeye Road project to improve the road near the refinery.
Also, funding will help the relocation of Gressler Drive in Delphos. The Allen County Engineer says that the meeting was important to ensure that they are on schedule for the necessary projects.
"This board has received funding on a couple of different projects in the past," said Brion E. Rhodes, Allen County Engineer. "We received funding for a Kill Road project in Marion Township, Buckeye Road project around the refinery... and then we also received funding for Gressel Drive, the relocation of Gressel Drive in Delphos."
More details on each project will be shared once plans have been finalized.
