More than two dozen Allen County business professionals learning to work together to meet a common goal.
Thursday was orientation for the 31st Allen Lima Leadership class. People from all walks of life have started a year-long journey to see what Lima Allen County is all about from a new perspective. The two-day orientation has the group "Team Building" to improve their communication and problem-solving skills while sharing leadership skills they can take back to their workplace.
Orientation was held at Fasset Farm and the "ALL" program meets once a month at various locations for a year.
