LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Allen County business leaders and employees getting out on the links Wednesday for the 57th annual Chamber Golf Classic.
The Chamber tradition brings Lima and Allen County businesses together for a fun afternoon of networking and golf while also financially supporting the Chamber. Each hole was sponsored by Chamber member businesses, and all of the par-3 holes had hole in challenges for chances to win money for a car from Reineke Family Dealerships.

The Chamber Golf Classic is one of the many Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce events that promotes business growth, success and networking, which is at the core of what they do.
"It goes to all of our chamber programming, and it pours back into that small business work that we do here in the community," said Julie Klinger, director of programs and partnerships for the Lima-Allen County Chamber of Commerce. "We also have sponsorship opportunities where all the folks who do sponsor get their name out there and build their business, so it's an opportunity too for them to come out and really invest in their own businesses and build those up. Businesses join the Chamber for just that very purpose - so that they can come out and they can network with other businesses and make those connections that are so important in business, when those folks need one another in the community and rely on one another to help really support them and build their network."
The 57th annual Chamber Golf Classic was held at two golf courses with both Colonial Golfers Club and Hidden Creek Golf Club.
