BEAVERDAM, Ohio (WLIO) — An Elida woman was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 75 Monday night.
Troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Lima post say Jennifer Null, 37, was injured in the crash, which occurred in the northbound lanes of I-75 near Napoleon Road around 10 p.m.
Authorities say Null’s vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a guardrail. She was not wearing a seat belt and was found unconscious at the scene.
Null was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital for treatment. Traffic was rerouted around the Beaverdam area while the crash was investigated.
The crash remains under investigation.

Beaverdam – The Lima Ohio State Patrol Post is investigating a one vehicle crash that occurred on Interstate 75 northbound near the Napoleon Road exit on January 12, 2026 at 10:07 PM.
A 2020 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Jennifer Null, age 37, of Elida Ohio, was traveling north on Interstate 75. Ms. Null’s vehicle travelled off the right side of the road and struck a guardrail, then came to rest in the left lane of northbound Interstate 75. Ms. Null was not wearing her seat belt and was found unconscious at the scene of the crash. Ms. Null was taken by Beaverdam-Richland EMS to Lima Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Interstate 75 northbound was re-routed onto Napoleon Road for one hour while the crash was being investigated.
The Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, Beaverdam-Richland EMS, Beaverdam-Richland Fire Department and Big Daddy’s Towing.
Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be a factor in this crash. This crash remains under investigation.
