LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) – The murder case of a Lima man will be presented to an Allen County grand jury.
Marcus Tyson, 45, is being held on a $1 million bond for the murder of Anthony Townsend on April 18. He had a probable cause hearing Wednesday in Lima Municipal Court.
Law enforcement said Tyson and Townsend were in an argument at Townsend’s home when Tyson allegedly stabbed him in the abdomen. Townsend was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Tyson was later arrested in Adams County, Indiana. Additional charges could be added by the grand jury.
