LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Lima Memorial Health System is honoring those who have been with the organization for decades.
During their "High Five" event, they celebrated the commitment and contributions of team members who have reached five-year milestone anniversaries. This year, they proudly recognized 152 associates who have reached such milestones in their careers, totaling more than 2,000 years of service. The recipients had only positive things to say about their careers at the hospital.

"I've asked that question of the recipients and they said it's because of the family atmosphere and the culture. They come in to work and they feel like they're part of a family, and we are. That's what it's about. It's about taking care of we get the privilege of taking care of patients that come to our facility and stuff, but they we all work together, and if we work together, we can provide great care," said Mike Swick, CEO with Lima Memorial Health System.
They also expressed their gratitude to everyone honored for their years of service.
