"Each and every one of us are really used to our own inner circle when it comes to friends and family, and once in a while, we branch out," said Nneamaka Ezema, director of clinical research for NexGen Research. "We'll go to a doctor's office, we'll go to a lecture, we'll watch a TED talk on the internet, and the internet is definitely getting us a lot more information, but it still takes an expert or a skilled person to make it make sense to us. So these sessions help make all of that random information make sense, narrow it down to specifically what we need to know to better ourselves."
