CELINA, OHIO (WLIO) - Three people were taken into custody after suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia were discovered during the execution of a search warrant in Coldwater.
According to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Third Street in Coldwater following an investigation.
Authorities said suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were seized during the search.
As a result of the investigation, Cristina Gann, 55, of Coldwater was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Brian Orick, 50, of Celina, and Elsabeth Edwards, 30, of Coldwater were each charged with possession of drugs.
All three individuals were booked into the Mercer County Jail and are being held without bond.
The case will be presented to the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office for review to determine whether additional charges will be filed.

Mercer County Sheriff Doug Timmerman announced this morning (6/5/2026) multiple arrests on drug related charges. Arrested were Cristina Gann (55) of Coldwater, for possession of methamphetamine, a third-degree felony; Brian Orick (50) of Celina and Elisabeth Edwards (30) of Coldwater, both for possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Mercer County Sheriff’s Office Detectives, acting on information they had as part of an on-going investigation, applied for and obtained a search warrant for the residence at 320 3rd Ave in Coldwater, OH.
During the execution of this search warrant, several items pertaining to the on-going investigation as well as suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia were collected as evidence. Preliminary tests were completed and tested presumptive positive for methamphetamines. All three individuals were taken into custody at the residence without incident and transported to the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility where they were booked in with no bond.
The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Grand Lake Task Force members, Officers from the Coldwater Police Department and Mercer County Prosecutor Erin Minor. Mercer County Probate Juvenile Court Judge Matthew Gilmore reviewed and granted the search warrant. The case will be sent to the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office for review of any additional charges.
