LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) — The Lima Area Concert Band is preparing for its 2025 season, presented by Lima Eagles Aerie 370. The season will include four concerts in its regular series, beginning May 10 with a performance titled The Great Outdoors, featuring guest percussionist Dr. Sarah Walters.
The remaining concerts in the series include Spectacular Sousa, Welcome to the Cabaret, and Heroes and Villains. Each performance will feature the musical talents of volunteer musicians from across the region.

“We are a group of 70 volunteer musicians from all over the area, and we thoroughly enjoy playing our instruments and making music together — it is so much fun,” said Angie Herzog of the Lima Area Concert Band.
The band is proud to have kept its ticket prices the same for more than 20 years. Tickets are $15 per concert or $50 for the full four-concert series. Students are admitted free of charge.
In addition to the regular concert series, the band will offer three free community concerts over the summer. A full schedule of performances is available on their website at limaareaconcertband.org.
