CELINA, OH (WLIO) - A Celina man is back behind bars for allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography.
46-year-old Brian Winner was arrested on a total of 46 charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor, pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and possessing criminal tools. Winner is currently in the Mercer County Jail, awaiting his court appearance for the charge. Winner was found guilty of similar charges back in 2017 and was sentenced to nearly two and half years in prison. He was facing 45 charges when he was arrested back then.
