July 9, 2024, Press Release from the City of Lima: Through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Distressed Cities Technical Assistance Program, the City of Lima, in collaboration with Enterprise Community Partners, recently published an online guide for homeowners to find resources to repair, rehabilitate, and remain in their homes that includes information from federal, state, and local entities. Using this guide, homeowners can find everything from funding sources, tax abatement programs, legal assistance, and more.
