LIMA, OH (WLIO) - The Vintage Chevrolet Club of America hosted their 4th annual car show at the Lima Auto Mall on Saturday.
Over 200 vintage and custom cars and motorcycles were on display, with plenty of Chevys and Corvettes, but car enthusiasts could find just about any make or model. Those who came out enjoyed music, food trucks, and talking to the owners about their vehicles. There were also several raffles with prizes donated by local businesses. A portion of the proceeds from the show will be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
"The people that have the cars like to bring them out and find other people that have similar cars and some that are completely different, and everybody appreciates whether it's a car that's fully restored, or one that they're just starting on it, or whatever. It's a great way to encourage other people, and in the process, we can help out some organizations," said Dan Groman, the director of the Western Buckeye Region Vintage Chevrolet Club of America.
The cars were also judged, and awards were given to the top 25 cars in the show.
