LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - A jury has been seated in the trial of a Lima man facing murder charges.

45-year-old Marcus Tyson is facing murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence for the death of Anthony Townsend on April 18th.

Law enforcement say that the two men were in an argument at Townsend's home on North Elizabeth Street when Tyson allegedly stabbed Townsend in the abdomen. He died later on at the hospital.

Tyson left the area and was eventually arrested in Adams county, Indiana.
