0142 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Main Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of two suspicious persons.
0208 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of George Street in the City of Van Wert to check an audible alarm.
0424 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a location on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject with chest pain.
0735 hrs. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Carmean Street in the Village of Ohio City for a subject having difficulty breathing.
1044 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Union Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1100 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Beamer Street in the Village of Convoy to check the welfare of a juvenile who had not reported to school.
1116 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for a bond violation. Larry Wayne Wilson age 55 of Tully Township where he was held for a court hearing and released.
1211 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Bebb Street in the Village of Venedocia to check the welfare of a resident.
1322 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Wetzel Road in Jackson Township for a complaint of a loose dog.
1329 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Greenville Road in Ridge Township for a subject who had fallen.
1347 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on the Village of Willshire to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1348 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Pleasant Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1416 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Wren Landeck Road in Liberty Township on a complaint of reckless driving.
2034 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Adams Street in the Village of Middle Point on a complaint of trespassing.
2051 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Washington Township on a complaint of reckless driving.
2221 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Wren Landeck Road in Willshire Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.

0112 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township to check for a vehicle involved in a motor vehicle crash in Allen County Indiana.
0356 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 81 in Willshire Township for a report of a cow in the roadway.
0417 hrs. – Deputies along with Middle Point Fire responded to a location on Griswold Street in the Village of Middle Point for a report of a vehicle striking a gas meter. Incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
0638 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residential alarm on John Brown Road in Pleasant Township.
1241 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Burris Road in Liberty Township for a complaint of standing corn obstructing the view at an intersection.
1431 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a report of dark smoke in the area.
1505 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Vine Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
1505 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Main Street in the Village of Convoy to investigate the report of a possible gun shot. It was found to be a water bottle that was ran over.
1853 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Wood Street in the Village of Middle Point for a complaint of reckless driving.
1931 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Shannon Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
2026 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a complaint of a suspicious vehicle.
2038 hrs. – Dispatched Wren and Convoy EMS to a residence on Wren Landeck Road in Willshire Township for a report of an unconscious subject.
2144 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Van Horn Road in Tully Township on a complaint of a drone being flown near his residence.
2217 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Pearson Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
2237 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on John Brown Road in the City of Van Wert to check an open door.
2326 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on John Brown Road in Pleasant Township for a residential alarm.
2326 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Road in Ridge Township to investigate a complaint of menacing.

1013 hrs. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township for a subject who was ill.
1056 hrs. – Deputies along with Convoy Fire and EMS responded to a motor vehicle crash on U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
1332 hrs. – Deputies spoke to a resident on a complaint of a domestic dispute that had taken place at a residence on U.S. Route 224 in Jackson Township.
1446 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Pleasant Township to check an open line 911 call.
1447 hrs. - Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 224 in Ridge Township to check an open line 911 call.
1449 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Brickner Road in Washington Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
1511 hrs. – Deputies along with Middle Point Fire and EMS responded to an area of State Route 116 in Ridge Township for a report of a motor vehicle crash. One vehicle rolled onto its side. There were two subjects inside the vehicle, that being driven by a juvenile. Minor injuries were suspected, no one was transported to the hospital.
1753 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 697 in Washington Township to assist with a juvenile being unruly.
2047 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on State Route 697 in Washington Township for a complaint of domestic violence.
2230 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy Fire to a residence on Pettit Street in the Village of Convoy for a gas odor investigation.
2343 hrs. – Dispatched Scott EMS to a residence on Fife Road in Union Township for a subject with chest pain.
