DELPHOS, OH (WLIO) -Â A Delphos man indicted on two aggravated arson charges has been ruled incompetent to stand trial.
Ross Ladd appeared in Allen County Common Pleas Court where an evaluation of his competency was submitted before the court. According to the report, Ladd is currently unable to stand trial but is capable of being restored in a year's time. He will now be sent to the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Center for treatment. Ladd was indicted by an Allen County Grand Jury back on July 14th of this year. A written plea of not guilty to both charges was submitted in court in late July.
