The second of two men that was charged in a shooting at a downtown Lima bar learns how much prison time he will be serving.
20-year-old Donovan Peoples was sentenced Monday at the Allen County Common Pleas Court. Peoples will be serving a total of 9 years in prison 3 years of which are mandatory for the shooting of three people at the former G-Spot bar back in March of 2016.
Peoples was charged with felonious assault with a gun specification and having a gun at a place that sells liquor, plus carrying a gun under disability. Judge Jeffrey Reed says Peoples could be up for early release after he serves his 3 mandatory years.
Cameron Lott who was also charged with the shooting of three people at the G-Spot bar is serving 5 years in prison with potential early release after 3 years.
