Hall indicted on multiple charges after allegedly shooting at a police officer

HANCOCK COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - The man who allegedly shot at a Findlay police officer during a chase in February was indicted on multiple charges in Hancock County.

40-year-old Arthur Hall is facing felonious assault, failure to comply with a police officer, and other charges for the incident on February 17, 2024. Officers tried to pull Hall over for traffic violations when he took off. The chase lasted several miles and ended outside of Van Buren, where Hall fired a shot at the officer. The officer was not injured or returned fire. Two other people in the vehicle were captured. Hall stole another vehicle and was later captured in Lucas County. He is currently being held in Lucas County.
