Lima Firefighters were called out to a fire on Eureka Street, Tuesday afternoon. Fire officials say the fire started around 5pm at 727 Eureka Street on the front porch. When fire crews arrived, everyone was outside of the home. The fire made its way from the porch to the soffit of the house. All three levels of the two story house contained smoke but the house remains livable. Fire officials say the damage is a $3,500 loss and the blaze is still under investigation.
