U.S. Senate candidate J.D. Vance spoke to voters about his ideas if he gets elected to represent Ohio in Washington D.C.
Vance held a town hall meeting in Lima to lay out his thoughts on education funding, immigration, and producing more products here in the United States. Vance also thinks that the Biden administration is focused on the wrong border, instead of worrying about Russia and the Ukraine he thinks that more concentration should be placed on the U.S. southern border.
"We can only focus on so many things at once and instead of being distracted by what's going on in Ukraine and Russia, we should be worried about the safety and security of our own people and so our leaders should be focus on our border, no the Ukrainian border, not the Russian border, let those people 6,000 miles away deal with that, our leaders should be focused on our problems here at home," said J.D. Vance, Republican U.S. Senate candidate.
Vance will be facing off against seven other Republicans in the primary election on May 3rd.
