LEIPSIC, OH (WLIO) -Â Law enforcement officials are investigating a fatal shooting that happened at a Putnam County business on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called out to Kitchen Enterprises Trucking Company in Leipsic after the report of shots fired. When law enforcement arrived, they discovered that 30-year-old Farrah Croninger was deceased. 54-year-old Michael Kitchen was also injured and transported to Mercy Health St. Rita's. His injuries are unknown at this time.
The suspect, 26-year-old Konner Dunklee fled the scene in a black Ford Fusion. Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers spotted the vehicle on State Route 81 in Allen County and were able to arrest Dunklee without incident. He is currently being held in the Putnam County Adult Detention Center.
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation was also in Leipsic Thursday afternoon. This case remains under investigation.
