LIMA, OH (WLIO) -The change in season brought the Fall Carnival to the students at the Liberty Arts Magnet School.
After a long nine weeks, the school decided to give the students and their families a little fun on the afternoon with plenty of entertainment to choose from.
On top of the carnival style games, those in attendance enjoyed food, crafts, face painting, karaoke, and backyard-style games, with all proceeds collected going towards the school's PBIS awards.

"This is the first time we've had it in a long time. It's the end of the nine weeks, so I felt like we should have something fun for the kids to do, as well as the teachers. They been working really hard these nine weeks. We felt like we needed to put on something to release some energy and just have some fun with the families. I know there was one previously before COVID hit. But since I have been here, and this has been my sixth year here, we haven't had anything like this going on. We had other things like spotlights where we brought parents in for other activities, but nothing like a full carnival," explained David Haberman, Principal.
