A meeting was held to continue the progression to hiring a new Chief of Police.
The Lima Civil Service Board held a meeting on Wednesday where they went over Assessment Center options that they can bring in for the Chief of Police hiring process.
The center would serve as a separate party to help the process of hiring the top candidate for the high position in the City of Lima.
"We want to understand several things about them, one will be obviously the price considerations for each assessment but then what are the benefits for each assessment," said Pilate Bradley Jr., President of the Lima Civil Service Board. "And which assessment will allow us to select the absolute best candidate for the position."
More input will be collected when deciding a center.
