LIMA, OH (WLIO) - If you have a new year’s resolution to get to the gym and workout more in 2023 the Lima YMCA is offering a chance on Saturday January 7th to check a variety of classes during their Fitness Fun Day. Members and non-members can come in from 8 to 11 am and take part in 30-minute sample classes like Zumba, kettle ball, and yoga.
“So, if there is any of our class you wanted to try, or maybe try to see if you are interested in. It is open to the community to come and try out a class and see if you like it,” says Michelle Webken, at the Lima Y. “It is a great time to join or register for the class that starts the following week.”
The fun fitness day is Saturday January 7th at the Lima Y and cost $8 for non-members and it is free for members. For a list of times that the classes start, you can visit the Lima Y’s Facebook page.
